Otis Ubriaco (he/him) is the Delegate Assembly’s representative on the board. He has been an active member of Lancaster Stands Up since 2017 and has been on their leadership team since 2018. Otis first became heavily involved through both the Jess King campaign and the Geo Group protests where they successfully prevented the privatization of re-entry services in the county. Otis has previously chaired LSU’s housing team and still helps maintain the largest eviction database in the state. Otis currently is part of a variety of teams at both Lancaster Stands Up and Pennsylvania Stands Up. Otis hopes to bring his volunteer experience, project management skills (Iona MBA ’16) and data skills (Northwestern MS Data Science ’22) to aid PASU’s vision.
