This past Saturday, tens of thousands of Pennsylvanians came together across the Commonwealth to oppose the authoritarian, billionaire backed Trump administration at No Kings rallies.
From small towns to big cities, from the east to west coast of the state, Pennsylvanians stood up in solidarity to show we won’t obey in advance!
No matter how hard he tries, Donald Trump is not a king. Billionaires who think they’re untouchable are not kings. They don’t run this country or this commonwealth, we the people do.
Here in PA, we have a big Supreme Court retention race on November 4th that will determine the fate of our rights for the next 10 years. Justices Donohue, Dougherty and Wecht have voted to expand healthcare access to Pennsylvanians, better fund our public schools, protect our right to safe abortions, and more. Billionaires like Jeffrey Yass have thrown tons of money into spreading misinformation to confuse voters in his quest for more power and profit at our expense. Billionaires think they can buy elections and trick working people into voting no to retention against our own interests. But we’re not gonna let that happen!
The No Kings rallies reminded me how powerful we are when we all come together, and we need to keep the momentum going through this November 4th election and beyond!
Our state Supreme Court is our last line of defense against the federal regime’s attempt to strip working people of our rights, freedoms, and resources. We won’t let them! So what can you do?
