News You can Use for the week of November 30th.
We don’t know about you, but we’re still basking in some of the amazing victories we had for working class people in the midterms. Together with our friends at PA United, our members and supporters knocked on 763,085 doors and sent 478,295 texts to voters.
All that work paid off with some incredible wins. Most pundits weren’t expecting Democrats to flip the State House — but because we did the work to put champions like Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz in office, Democrats will control the chamber for the first time in a decade. That creates an opportunity for groups like PA Stands Up to advocate for the bold changes working people need.
We are so grateful for people like you who have been with us at the doors, in the streets and on the phones. We appreciate everything you do.
