PA Stands Up is part of a coalition of progressive organizations who organized around and won $125M in funding for Whole-Home Repairs, a federal grant program that helps low-income homeowners make needed repairs and stay in their homes.
As the funding became available, NEPA Stands Up hosted an info-session with experts from NeighborWorks to make sure our neighbors and community members knew about this necessary funding and how to apply. But we’re not done yet! There’s $50M in recurring funding for Whole-Home Repairs in the PA budget and we’re making sure it stays there and that there’s more to come.
