Operations Manager

PA Stands Up is immediately seeking a detail oriented, analytical, people-oriented Operations Manager to manage the physical and digital resources and operation systems of the organization. The ideal candidate is an efficient analyst, a keen problem solver, and an effective relationship manager, who understands workability and sound “back office” processes are a core part of a successful, win-orientated movement organization. This position is a part-time position that reports directly to the Executive Director.

LOCATION

The ideal candidate lives in the south central or south eastern region of Pennsylvania, with the ability to travel, as it becomes safer to do so.

HOURS

This is a part-time, temporary position up to 20 hours per week with the possibility of transitioning to full time, permanent in September.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Temporary hourly range is $22-$26/hour, commensurate with experience, competencies and capacities.
