Human Resources Manager

PA Stands Up is immediately seeking a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for managing the ongoing human resources needs of a growing statewide organization. The HR Manager will also be responsible for evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies and making sure that all employee-related policies in each department align with our organizational goals and established regulations. The successful candidate will be charged with supporting the assessment and development of the organization’s HR infrastructure. This is a temporary, part-time position that reports directly to the Deputy Executive Director.

Immediately through September 30, 2021

LOCATION

Anywhere in the state of Pennsylvania.

HOURS

Part-time, temporary position up to 20 hours per week with the possibility of transitioning to full-time, permanent after September, 2021.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Temporary hourly range is $22-$26/hour, commensurate with experience, competencies and capacities.
