Deputy Development Director

PA Stands Up is currently seeking a Deputy Director of Development to oversee fundraising initiatives, donor relations, training and developing local leaders and organizers in fundraising fundamentals, and developing cross-chapter fundraising collaboration among local leaders and organizers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our fundraising campaigns, communicating with current and prospective donors, and building a strong statewide organized money cohort among our local chapter leadership. This position involves managing individual and foundational giving, as well as planned and annual giving campaigns, and requires some experience in mobilizing movement builders to raise money in deeply relational ways. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

The ideal candidate lives anywhere in the state of Pennsylvania, with the ability to travel, once it becomes safe to do so.


Full-time Temporary-to-Permanent. Hourly during temporary period; salaried if transitioned to permanent.


Temporary hourly range is $29-$37/hour, commensurate with experience, competencies and capacities.

Permanent Hire Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary package and benefits for permanent hire, with a salary range of $60-75K; actual offer amount will be matched to experience, competencies and capacities. Fully paid health insurance. Training and leadership development opportunities, vacation, and time-off.
